I’m not a professional development coach, I’m a veteran school teacher and certified life coach. The corporate world is saturated with the practical and emotional support of life coaches but educators are yet to have access to this level of support. That’s why, after nearly 20 years of teaching, I have decided to make it my mission to help as many educators as I can in a way they have never been helped before.

MY STORY

I used to struggle with feeling hopeless and isolated myself and with the nationwide teacher shortage, I'm REALLY passionate about helping educators who are feeling demoralized from being trapped in a culture of fear and comparison shift to a culture of

love, hope, and celebration.

For many years, I struggled with the lack of resources and support needed to meaningfully serve diverse student needs. I recognized that this was not a one person job. Sadly, my teams spent so much time complaining and arguing that I began to feel like it would be better if we didn’t have team meetings at all. I also knew that I wouldn’t last as an educator if I couldn’t find the joy and celebration that I wanted with my students and my team.

So, I put my energy into bringing my team together around one simple idea! Overwhelming fear and worry could have stopped us! But, in the end, we created such an amazing program that we were changed forever. We worked together not only for meetings and data but added fun projects and home visits to our adventures.

My team quickly shifted our culture to one that openly spoke about our struggles and found ways to help each other by being generous with our strengths. Now, one of the team program that I spent 10 years helping to develop is attracting attention from districts around the state!

A huge benefit my teams realized was a

more powerful voice

to ask for what we needed and we consistently got it!

RESULTS

When I discovered a way to really lighten the load as a team, I felt:
